（1) Collection at retail store （no additional cost required）
Customer can pick up the product(s) from retail store 1-2 working days after the order has been made if the product(s) is in stock. Customer should present his/her name & contact number for identity verification when picking up the order at store.
(2) SF Express （Free delivery service for single order over HK$1,000. If total order amount is below HK$1,000, the delivery fee shall be charged to customer upon receipt）
Oriental Scales Co., Ltd shall not bear any liability for the potential damage caused during the transport. Customer shall consider the potential risk when choosing this delivery option. Customer shall inform us within 12 hours after the order has been made if there is any changes on the delivery address and recipient. It usually takes around 2-3 working days for this delivery option.
**This delivery option doesnt not apply to platform scales.
（3) Delivery service by our company （Free delivery service for single order over HK$1,000. If total order amount is below HK$1,000, additional delivery charge of HK$100 is required)*
This delivery option applies to platform scales in which no further installation is required to be done by customer upon receipt. Customer will be contacted by our staff regarding the delivery arrangement after the order has been made. It usually takes around 4-5 working days. Please note that there is no doorstep delivery service for this option.

2) Questions about free shipping:
2.1 If the total order amount is less than HK$1,000, can I make up the difference and enjoy free delivery service?
No. The total order amount (not including shipping) must be over HK$1,000 to enjoy free shipping. If the total order amount is less than HK$1,000, we can help to send via SF Express with the delivery fee charging to receiver. For floor scale, customer need to pay an extra fee of $100 to enjoy delivery service.
2.2 If the total order amount is over HK$1,000 but I do not need the free delivery service, can the shipping cost be deducted from the total order amount?
No. If the total order amount is over HK$1,000 but no delivery service is required, the customer will be deemed to give up the delivery service voluntarily.
2.3 The total order amount is over HK$1,000, but there is a product in the order that has not arrived, can I deliver it separately for free?
No. Each order will be sent together at one time. If the customer requests to ship the product in stock first, the customer must pay for the extra shipping fee required to send products separately.
3) How long will I receive the goods after placing the order?
The inventory status displayed on online store may differ from the actual stock, and we do not guarantee that the availability of the product. If the product is out of stock after the customer placed an order, we will proactively contact the customer . If the customer decides to cancel the order, we will refund the full amount. If the product is in stock, it will usually take 3 to 4 working days to prepare and send out the products, and the customer will be informed by email after it is dispatched. The actual delivery time required is up to the final operation by delivery service provider.
4) Can the same order be shipped separately to different receiving addresses?
No. Each order will be delivered in a single package on the same day. If you request that the order to be shipped separately, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.
5) Product out of stock handling
If the product is out of stock after placing the order, we will notify the customer by email. Refunds due to out of stock will be arranged within 7-14 working days.
6）Is exchange of product available?
No. We do not accept exchange and return. However, we do offer free warranty service, customers can return the products to our store and our technician will follow up on that.
