No refunds & returns are accepted. You have 7 days from the purchase date to exchange your purchase from our store FREE OF CHARGE. Simply visit our store with your receipt and your purchase, you will receive a new one after verification by our specialist. Final decisions are subject to Oriental Scales Co. Ltd.

You may receive your purchase by:

1. Picking up the goods from our retail store 3-5 days after the purchase. Shop address: G/F, 275 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, KLN

2. Request delivery service (SF Express as service provider) and the fee will be settled by receiver.

3. Free delivery service is provided for purchase over HKD1,000.

2. Transfer to our bank accounts. Email or whatsapp the receipt to us after the transfer is done for final confirmation.
